A Message from Mayor Lupton

Welcome to the Zorra website.  It is my hope that you will visit regularly to learn more about the work of Council and Staff and also about the many unique events that occur over the year in our Township.

By educating yourself as to the issues in Zorra you will be able to share your insights and expertise with members of Council so that we can truly represent you as decisions are made.  Government in Zorra will benefit greatly from your participation.

Watch for local activities advertised on this site and plan to attend as many as you can.  Zorra is not large in population but yearly there are many community based events that draw thousands of visitors to this area.  Join them and experience the beauty of Zorra, exceptional events and world class hospitality.  I look forward to hearing from you.

The Township is happy to recognize residents celebrating sigificant birthdays and wedding anniversaries. If you have a birthday or wedding anniversary request please see the criteria outlined below. Please fill in the form and e-mail or fax it into the office. Click here to access the form.

Criteria:
Birthday greetings are sent to 80th, 90th and 100th birthday recipients.
Anniversary greetings are sent to 50th, 60th and 70th wedding anniversary recipients.
We will provide a certificate for other anniversary or birthday milestones upon request.
