Named after the late Harvey Beaty, a prominent local businessman, this room is attached to the newly constructioned Thamesford Library and Resource Centre that is owned in conjunction with the County of Oxford.  It is located at 165 Dundas Street in Thamesford.

The Beaty Room offers public rentals for events such as wedding showers, funeral luncheons, business meetings and seminars.  The hall is state of the art with a commercial kitchen and dishwasher system along with computer accessibility for presentations.  This facility can accommodate up to 90 people.

This facility is a very unique heritage building in the heart of the village of Embro.  Once a municipal office and home of the local jailhouse, this building has been well maintained to accommodate a local theatre, a branch library and highland dance classes.  There is a smaller meeting room with a kitchenette for meetings and a stage and theatre setting is located on the upper floor.  

The hall is air conditioned and the local theatre group also offers sound and lighting rentals for groups looking for use of this equipment.

Once the home of the Broadview United Church, this heritage building is maintained by the Township to facilitate a branch of the Oxford County Library system.  This facility is located in the heart of the village of Harrington and is situated next to a scenic pond owned and operated by the Upper Thames River Conservation Authority.  

This facility can also be rented out for smaller gatherings and can accommodate up to 90 people in the hall area, located on the upper floor of the building.
