Thamesford's Christine Reid Finishes 30th in Age Group At New Zealand World Tri Games
"Christine Reid of Thamesford, Ontario came in at 3 hours 14 minutes and 17 seconds making her 30th in an age group of 43 women (55-59) at The New Zealand Tri Games this October 22, 2012. She was the third Canadian across the finish line on what turned out to be a pleasant and dry race day. While much of the focus in Auckland fell on the elite athletes as they chase vital points in their final push for the World Championship and season ending rankings, the eyes of the global triathlon community were also much on the age group events, with world titles and rankings on the line in 5 year age brackets for men and women." Congratulations Christine!!
