Zorra Community Policing Committee

The mandate of the Zorra Community Policing Committee is to advise on all aspects of the provision of police related matters in the Township of Zorra and to promote and maintain communication with the public. The Committee is made up of four to eight Zorra residents, one member of Council, and a representative from the TownshipDirector of Corporate Services Department. The Mayor shall sit “ex officio” on the Committee and may attend all meetings and shall have full voting privileges but shall not be counted for the purpose of quorum, as per Procedural By-law 04-18 (s.8.4).
