Ban on Open Air Burning Continues

Due to the very dry summer we are presently experiencing, it has been decided that for safety reasons a ban is being placed on the issuing of open air burn permits. All valid fire permits are suspended until further notice.  Open fires for the purpose of cooking food only in supervised campsites will still be permitted. NO CONTROLLED BURNS WILL BE APPROVED UNTIL FURTHER NOTICE.  The ban will be lifted when weather conditions are deemed safe by the Township Fire Departments.
